Keynote Speaker - Linda Edgecombe energizes every room as she leads people to loosen up, lighten the load and laugh. Her audiences are motivated and show how they can shift their perspectives on life, work and themselves. Change has never been this painless. Keynote speaker will be at the community hall at the Rec Centre at 6:30pm on February 3rd. Capp a lu’s coffee house and NEAT will be hosting a free coffee/book exchange on the last day of every month that Capp a lu’s is open . You can go to Capp a lu’s anytime that day and drop off your unwanted books and you can take any books there that you would like. At the end of that day the unwanted books will be sent for recycling.
You do not need to bring books in order to get one!! Don’t forget that Lucille offers one free regular fair-trade coffee when you bring in your re-usable mug on the last working retail day of the month!.

Interested in a weekly transcendental meditation group in Fort Nelson?. It will be not-for-profit, and won't be guided, but guidance beforehand for new attendees or anyone seeking advice can no doubt be provided. Time: 8:45pm-9:30pm, Thursday nights (First gathering being Dec.8). Adventure, activities, orienteering with map and compass, leadership, first aid, marksmanship, radio communications, field craft, effective speaking, and search and rescue. Some of the things you will learn and do as a member of Fort Nelson Army Cadets. If you are 12 years of age, you can join. Army cadet activities are centred on adventure training and leadership.
